In today's article, we are going to talk about full-body workouts in relation to building muscle. Before you start any workout program the first thing you should ask your self is in what ways can I make my workouts effective and also to ensure that you are consistent with it because without consistency overtime you will not get the results that you want , furthermore there is a high likelihood that you will stop after some time.
My day usually starts at 5:30am in the morning rush to prepare and set out to go to work to avoid early morning rush hour traffic then once you get to work you work till 5pm then you struggle back home in heavy traffic. With a schedule like that Monday to Friday it would be difficult to start a split workout program where you are training different body parts in different pays with such a life because with a split body routine your body will be in a constant phase of recovery and you feel tired all the time. Another problem you might face with split body workout is that you may hit a body part probably just once a week.
However, with a full body workout you're hitting every body part, as well as a good HIT cardio for your body. Again your entire body is working in unison so there is a small chance of muscle imbalance, then also once you recover your whole body will recover and you will be ready to hit the weights again. Finally, with the full-body workout, you can hit the body parts multiple times in a week but at a moderate weight.
